This is a more unusual nail varnish choice for me, but there was something about Ciate’s Honey Bee that made me want to try it. I got my bottle in T K Maxx on sale for £3.99 a few weeks back and wasted no time in putting it on my nails. Honey Bee is a pink toned pale brown nude with golden shimmer.
The images above are with two coats of the varnish, as one coat was a bit sheer. However, this isn’t a complaint as it could also be used as a top coat over another colour to add a bit of shimmer. As for wear time, like most Ciate polishes, this is good at resisting chips and kept its shine for several days.
I think the colour compliments my skin tone really nicely and makes my nails look neater and more presentable, whilst being subtle and refined. I will definitely have to wear this shade more often!
Honey Bee is currently half price on the Ciate website at £4.50, along with my favourite green, Stiletto.
Have you tried Ciate nail polishes? Which shade is your favourite?
That’s such a unique shade of nail polish but it looks really nice! :) Thanks for sharing it!

I always mean to look in tk max for stuff like this but the mess of the store by me always put me off going! Love nude polishes, look lovely! X

My local store is usually quite tidy but the make up section is always a mess and most of the items have been opened and used. They usually have quite a few ciate ones though and they’re never opened thankfully. You do have to be in the mood to have a rummage through though x
